Shipping & Delivery

 

  • Delivery will be made within 2-4 working days after placing your order (depending on the delivery schedules).

  • Delivery will be arranged at:

    • 10:00 - 18:00 (HKT) on Monday - Wednesday

    • 14:00 - 22:00 (HKT) on Thursday - Sunday

  • For delivery to remote districts and outer islands except Tung Chung:

    • Extra fee may be charged (up to HKD300)

    • Delivery will be made within 7 working days depending on delivery schedule

    • Pick-up at Central Pier or MTR station can be arranged if it is preferred

    • Delivery cannot be made to restricted areas, e.g. Lo Wu and Man Kam To

  • Delivery at night time and urgent delivery will be arranged separately. Extra fee may be charged. Please contact us directly.

  • Self pick-up service is available at Quarry Bay and Taikoo Districts. Please contact us directly. Self pick-up service will be arranged at:

    • 10:00 - 18:00 (HKT) on Monday - Friday

    • 10:00 - 13:00 (HKT) on Saturday

Return Policy

 

Breakage

  • The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to us at the time of delivery, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.

Return Policy

  • It is the receiver's responsibility to check the condition of any goods received including glassware and accessories, at the time of delivery.

  • Return is only available when valid original receipt is provided.

  • No returns shall be made on glassware or accessories after the receiver has acknowledged receipt of the goods.

  • In the event that you would like to claim a return and exchange, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
